Cancellation and Refund Policy for Learning Jar

1. Subscription Cancellation

   • You can cancel your subscription or classes through us at any time through your account settings or by contacting our academic counsellors or support team.

   • Cancelling your classes will stop future billing, and you will retain access to the services until the end of your current billing period.

2. Refund Policy

   • Refunds for annual subscriptions are determined on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated based on usage.

3. Exceptions

   • Refunds will not be issued for courses that have been completed or for services that have been used excessively.

   • If you violate our terms and conditions, your right to a refund will be forfeited.
